Checkout Policy

The Kern County Law Library offers limited checkout services for print materials in its collection.

Active members of the State Bar of California may check out print materials for one week at a time.  A checkout agreement must be signed by the borrower, and it is solely the responsibility of the borrower to pick up and return the print materials they check out in a timely manner.  Any lost or damaged print materials will be replaced solely at the expense of the borrower, plus a $100.00 administrative fee.
